Data & transparency
Privacy
policy.
Updated: 25 October 2026 · Applies to the current mobile game Bataillon.
No account, ads, analytics or tracking. Your progress stays on your device.
1. Publisher
Bataillon is published by Babapp. For questions about this policy or your data, email contact@babapp.fr.
2. Data processed by the game
The game does not require an account or send data to a server operated by its publisher. It currently includes no advertising, audience measurement or advertising tracking tools.
The game stores a local file on your device to save progress. It may include records, stars, coins, upgrades, outfits and game preferences. This information stays on your device and is not sent to the publisher.
3. Apple services
In the version described here, Game Center leaderboards are not enabled and Bataillon sends no player data to Game Center. iOS and the App Store may process information according to your device settings and Apple’s policies. Those activities are governed by Apple, not this policy.
If a future version enables Game Center, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be updated before release.
4. Freemium and payments
Bataillon is free to play: all six campaign missions and the daily challenge are available without purchase. Upgrades are earned with coins won in the game.
No in-app purchases or real-money payments are enabled in the current version. If this changes, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
5. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the game. The publisher does not keep a copy. Uninstalling may make your progress impossible to recover.
6. Children
The game does not knowingly collect personal data from children or any other players. It includes no chat or player-published content.
7. Changes
This page will be updated if the game’s features or data practices change. The date above shows the current version.
8. Questions and requests
For privacy requests, email contact@babapp.fr. Do not include personal information in a public GitHub issue. Since the game does not send personal data to the publisher, it has no player file to access or delete.
